When Lara Koskoff created LK Skin Studio, she wanted to celebrate everything skin and beauty– along with all the fun, excitement, and glamour that comes with it. Nestled in the eclectic neighborhood of Hayes Valley, LK Skin Studio is an accessible alternative to the large day spas specializing in advanced skincare and waxing services. As the sole practitioner in a single, intimate room, she offers her clients the ultimate in attention and experience.
Originally from Los Angeles, Lara is a licensed esthetician, beauty and permanent makeup artist, entrepreneur and CEO. She brings more than 20 years of experience to the business, having worked in cosmetics, salon, spa, retail, fashion, print and TV. She uses her knowledge of beauty and fashion to create and perfect brow shapes and makeup looks for her loyal clientele. In addition to providing high-end facial treatments and beauty services, Lara feels that beauty comes from within and is brought out through targeted, results-driven home care products. Her work is inspired by her love and obsession with beauty, fashion, and art. She believes her clients deserve to look and feel beautiful— like the best version of themselves.
